Billy’s role at Community Journals is to connect businesses with their ideal customer. Understanding the unique needs and goals of each client is at the forefront of his development of individual strategic marketing plans. Before moving to Greenville, Billy facilitated communication between national brands and their target audiences across the country through publications like Reader’s Digest, Taste of Home, and New York Magazine.
Billy was awarded the 2011 Marine of the Year honor by the Tri-Cities, TN Detachment of the Marine Corps League. After 5 years in the Marine Corps Reserves, he studied History at Georgia State University and is a member of the National History Honors Society.
Raised in Tennessee, Billy wears a different shade of orange during football season and prides himself on being a talented dancer like his daughter, Addie (10). In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, fishing, and cooking for family and friends.
