Though originally from Chicago, Sheldon spent most of his life growing up in North Central Indiana. He was first introduced to the Greenville area by his (now) wife (then fiancé) in the winter of 2019. What Sheldon finds most appealing about Greenville is the community’s focus on the importance of small businesses, celebration of art and culture, and promotion of natural exploration.
Sheldon is delighted to be a part of the Client Services team at Community Journals. “Getting to work with clients who aren’t just clients, but fellow community members is an incredible driving factor for me.”
Sheldon has a plethora of experience in customer service, having worked extensively in food service and office settings. He is also a writer, poet, and music biographer. Accumulating an ample amount of credit writing about music, art, and culture. His poetry has been featured in online and print publications and has even won him multiple publisher’s awards.
Outside of his time spent writing and working with Community Journals, Sheldon loves spending time with his wife, Libby, and their dogs: Cezar and Ozzy. He also loves reading, listening to music, camping, coffee, enjoying nature, practicing meditation, going to amusement parks, laughing, and just generally trying to have a good time for as long as he’s alive.
